Walmart

The cake was great after they made it. BUT they forgot to make it and it was not ready for pick up. When our planner arrived they realized they were supposed to have it made and she had to come back in a few hours to get it. Just stay on them, make multiple phone calls. It really was a good tasting cake after it all.

beautiful cake and very very very tasty.

We used the Walmart on 132nd and L street. Mariam has over 15 years of cake decorating experience. I have had at least 50 comments at or since our wedding from people on our cake. It was very moist and delicious. We thought we would go the cheaper route but this cake tasted like a million bucks. She was very open to our decorating preferences!

I know... not the classiest of catering, but it was in our budget, and the food was VERY good. It was presented in a beautiful way. Don't be afraid to look outside the box if you have a tight budget - Walmart delivered good value and good food.

The cake was delicious. My suggestion would be to pick up the cake an hour before the wedding if it will be hot outside. Our's didn't withstand the heat too well, and the refrigerator at the center is not big enough unless you take the cake out of the box it comes in.
