This company does not understand customer service. We had called in January 2009 for a quote to rent one bus and were given a quote for a return journey. Two weeks later we called back to book and were told that they had decided to up their rates and the price had DOUBLED from the quote they had originally given us for a ONE WAY trip!!! The woman I spoke with was unapologetic and on the verge of rudeness, refusing to honour our original quote. It was their loss - the majority of the guests were from overseas and it would have been excellent advertising for them.
