Richard was phenomenal. I mean, absolutely amazing. He always replied to emails and phone calls immediately, he completely calmed my fears about catering off-site ... his confidence in his own work and his employees is very reassuring. The food was fantastic! Everyone loved it and I was SO PUMPED that there was actually leftovers that I could take home with me. :) Richard saved the day when we realized that we forgot a wine corker for all of our wine bottles, and he single-handedly walked around opening every bottle of wine on the tables with a corker that he found in his things. I cannot say enough good things about him, he was just a great guy who makes delicious food!
