We had the Russ Bennett band through Hank Lane and they were absolutely amazing!! Everyone was dancing all night, they played anything from oldies to current pop songs and everything I requested. They were very easy to work with throughout the process, incredibly organized and easy to get in touch with. I highly recommend this company!

Fifth Avenue Band was AMAZING!

It was such a pleasure working with Erik and the performance that he and his 10 piece band put on was heart-stopping. Guests from the wedding are still raving about how incredible this band was. Everyone was on the dance floor and it made for the best party imaginable.

We wanted to have a Motown, Funk, 50's, 60's, 70's vibe to the music at our wedding. Hank Lane's Earnest Miller Band was the perfect fit. They had an a great depth to their song list and an exceptional range with the vocal ability of their ensemble. The band leader, Ernest Mills, did a great job of reading the crowd all night and selecting songs that were appropriate for the energy in the room. I would highly recommend this band.

Hank Lane Music has many musicians that they work with so they were able to provide a few select pieces for the ceremony, a different combination for the cocktail hour, and an entire 9 piece ensemble for the reception. The music was excellent throughout each part.

They aren't cheap, but nothing in Manhattan is and they did a really great job.

They were great! I would make sure to give a play list before hand. I didn't do that because I thought it was too pushy, but I think we would have been happier with the song selection if we did.

While a little pricey, the people at hank lane gave me a lot of attention and indulged every musical request. All of the wedding guests said: the band was the best wedding band they ever heard. The dance floor was packed all night. Granted I selected and mandated a lot of the music. They delivered. I've read a lot of bad things about this vendor. I have to say that they made my wedding! ^ months later people are still talking about how great the band and all of the music was.
