Nine Cakes

My husband and I were planning a very unconventional wedding at The Foundry in Long Island City. We knew we wanted an entire dessert table that coordinated with our unique Harry Potter theme. Betsy not only embraced our theme, she brought it to life. She created a lavish dessert spread with 10 different items including a butterbeer-flavored wedding cake (topped with two owls), treacle fudge, chocolate cauldron cakes and earl gray shortbread cookies. It was perfectly whimiscal and was the centerpiece of our entire reception. Betsy was absolutely a pleasure to work with and our wedding could not have been a success without her. She was always prompt with her email responses, adjusted to last minute requests/changes and had reasonable prices. I highly recommend Betsy for your own wedding! We plan on placing an order with her again soon!
