Holiday Inn Duluth

The Holiday Inn was the perfect spot for our wedding reception. We had a lot of out of town guests attend and loved that no one had to drive from the reception to their hotel.

The banquet hall was very private and decorated beautifully even before we came in with wedding decorations. The event coordinators were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that we could not get in to decorate the hall until noon (the wedding started at two) because they rented the room out for the morning.

I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone!

Dealing with the staff was a nightmare. They raised their prices after giving me a pricelist with the original prices. They billed us for items that we didn't even include in our reception (beware! check your bills carefully! Upon my complaint they made excuses but did not apologize.) Way overpriced and I had gift bags made up for out of town guests who were staying at the hotel but the staff screwed up some deliveries. Also, they scheduled an event the night before my event which messed with my hope/plans to decorate some stuff the night before. The only pros was that the italian buffet was good food and the venue was beautiful.
